Local International Learning Project (LILP)

Interface Conflict Management

Interface communities shape the success of peace, conflict and reconciliation work in Northern Ireland. LILP brings policymakers and practitioners together to develop holistic, long-term approaches to conflict management in Northern Ireland’s interface areas; to showcase local knowledge and experience internationally; and to learn from international approaches to divided communities.

LILP launched its stream of activities on Interface Conflict Management with a Policy Forum held in September 2003. For notes of the forum, click here

The project subsequently delivered a series of public forums, workshops and meetings:

"This event showed the need for real collaborative partnerships and working." (Participant Evaluation)
