About the Policy and Practice Unit
INCORE recognises the need to ensure the centre's academic research makes a difference to the lives of people on the ground in conflict-affected countries, as well as the potential in working with policymakers and practitioners to promote more evidence-based approaches to peacebuilding and conflict resolution internationally. The mission of INCORE's Policy and Practice Unit is therefore to:
"Improve the interface between research, policy and practice in the field of peacebuilding and conflict resolution."
