Since INCORE was established in 1993, it has provided a variety of study tour programmes and short courses for individuals and groups from Sri Lanka. During 2004-2006, the Centre's Local International Learning Project (LILP) delivered a range of activties that helped reinvigorate INCORE's existing networks in Sri Lanka and involved the establishment of new partnerships with a number of civil society organisations including INPACT (Initiative for Political and Conflict Transformation) and the Neelan Tiruchelvam Trust. Since LILP ended in 2006, INCORE has continued its activities in the region, hosting a number of visits by political, civil society and business leaders.
