INCORE has chosen a number of particularly relevant sites, rather than provide extensive lists of links to all the material currently available.This list does not imply an endorsement by INCORE of the views expressed in any of

Based in Finland, this institute offers a range of courses to those working in the field of Human Rights, including,

- The Carter Center: Human Rights Program(HRP)
The HRP initiated the International Human Rights Committee, which is based at the Carter Center. The material relating directly to the Committee is not very extensive. However, the Center does offer a wide range of material of Human Rights violations in specific countries.

- DOSFAN
The US State Department annual reports on human rights, organised by country are available on the Department of State Foreign Affairs Network gopher( under 'publications and major reports'). These reports are extremely detailed and in some cases quite lengthy. They are an extremely valuable resource, particularly for countries which normally receive little press coverage.
